When eye irritation strikes, Roslyn Pharmacy is here to help. Our trained pharmacists can quickly identify and treat bacterial conjunctivitis and minor eyelid infections like styes. Thanks to our partnership with Early Care, we’re now able to prescribe Chloramphenicol not just for those over 2 years old, but also for children as young as 3 months. We offer Chloramphenicol in both drop and ointment forms, suitable for all eligible ages.

For children aged 3 months to 2 years, a consultation fee applies due to the additional care and consideration required, while no consultation fee is charged for those older than 2 years.

Please note, if you're a contact lens wearer and develop conjunctivitis while wearing your lenses, it's important to see your doctor or optometrist. In such cases, we cannot supply Chloramphenicol, as you may require a different treatment.

Eligibility and cost:

• Available for adults and children aged 3 months and over
• $15 for cost of medication
• Additional $10 per consultation if aged 3 months to 2 years
