Roslyn Pharmacy Health Points Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions
- The Health Points Loyalty Programme is operated by Roslyn Pharmacy in Dunedin.
- Our Health Points Loyalty Programme is exclusive to Roslyn Pharmacy.
- You must have a valid email address to be eligible to be a member of the Health Points Loyalty Programme.
- Each member of the Health Points Loyalty Programme is bound to the full terms and conditions of the programme, that may vary from time to time.
- By applying for and becoming a member of our Health Points Loyalty Programme, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Roslyn Pharmacy may cancel, withdraw or alter the programme, including these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Roslyn Pharmacy reserves the right to alter the reward rate at any time.
- Roslyn Pharmacy may cancel any membership of the Health Points Loyalty Programme at any time in its absolute discretion.
- On cancellation of the Health Points Loyalty Programme or membership of the Health Points Loyalty Programme all accrued points are forfeited. Roslyn Pharmacy will honour current vouchers providing they have not expired.
- You may hold only one membership number. Memberships cannot be held jointly.
- Roslyn Pharmacy will not send direct mail communications to addresses outside of New Zealand.
- Health Points is available for individuals only, not organisations or groups. Your Health Points Loyalty account is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose name corresponds with the member profile. A member may terminate his or her membership in the Health Points Loyalty Programme at any time by giving notice in writing to Roslyn Pharmacy. All accrued points are automatically forfeited on termination.
- Roslyn Pharmacy reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies and to pursue any remedies that may be available in the case of improper use or fraudulent activity in relation to this loyalty programme or any other systems.
- You receive a $5 voucher for every $75 spent in-store on eligible retail and prescription items, using Swedish rounding at product level, not on total transaction spend.
- Roslyn Pharmacy reserves the right to exclude some promotions/products from accumulating Health Points. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for point collection and redemption in store without notice.
- If you return a product for refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Health Points account for that product.
- To collect Health Points, you need to mention that you are a member at time of purchase. Any online purchases are exempt from points collection.
- Any discrepancies in points balance must be reported to Roslyn Pharmacy promptly. Otherwise the points balance and vouchers issued will be deemed to be correct and binding on the member. Roslyn Pharmacy's decision on any such dispute is final and binding.
- Health Points Vouchers may only be redeemed in store at Roslyn Pharmacy in Dunedin.
- Health Points Vouchers expire 3 months from the date of issue.
- Health Points Points will not be earned on the redemption of Vouchers.
- Health Points Vouchers must be used in one visit. No change or credit will be given.
- Health Points can be earned in-store online at Roslyn Pharmacy, 287a Highgate, Roslyn, Dunedin.
- Health Points will be earned for purchases of any product and service in-store excluding the following: gift cards, calling cards and mobile phone top-ups, beauty services and booking fees, shipping and handling or gift wrapping. Health Points will be earned on the redemption of gift vouchers, not the purchase of gift vouchers.
- When you have purchased $75 worth of eligible products in-store, a $5 voucher will be issued and available for you to spend when you next shop at Roslyn Pharmacy. Any remaining points not falling within the accumulated $75 will represent your new points balance. Health Points Vouchers are electronic and not transferable.
- Health Points vouchers may be redeemed in-store only. Health Points vouchers cannot be used on gift cards, beauty therapy services, shipping and handling or gift wrapping nor exchanged for cash.
- All Health Points expire 12 months from the date on which they were earned.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Roslyn Pharmacy will not be liable for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Health Points Loyalty programme, including but not limited to, where arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties, network failures, virus or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control); (b) any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference with or of points, vouchers or membership information; (c) any points or vouchers that are not properly recorded against a member’s account; and (d) participation in, or termination of, the Health Points Loyalty programme.
